Do you know what I mean?

I want to sleep. I am so tired. It seems like I've been tired for a week. I dunno why. My eyes are begging me to close them and my mind wants to wander aimlessly doing whatever it is that minds do...When Mum turned on my bedroom light this morning I was just sure it was about 4 in the morning. I somehow managed to flop out of the top bunk and get my teeth brushed and found a pair of socks in the laundry pile before family devotions. 

*sigh* 

It's too loud. I don't like loud right now. 

hehehehehe! 

I would like Some doughnuts. With chocolate icing and filled with chocolate custard. I could eat about a million. I am fond of doughnuts. They really are fantastic. I have made doughnuts before...they were pretty good. Mum makes them better than me though. 

I'm not really blogging. I'm actually just typing. Just because. It is fun to see how good my spelling is without looking at the computer at all for a while. It actually isn't all that bad. I just wrote most of all that without looking at the comp. ^_^ Including that smiley face. xD and that one.
I am currently reading Alice in Wonderland. I started it this afternoon and have only gotten a few chapters through but I thoroughly love it. It is beautiful. Lewis Caroll was truly brilliant. Either that or insane. Either one is good for me. :D

I have always loved the poem "Jabberwocky" You have read it right? Well, Just in case, here it is. I don't mind reading it again...and again....and again...It's too fantastic! lol.

A little bit of random. :)

I just got back from a walk with Jonnah. ^_^ It is so gorgeous outside today! It is about 68 degrees, The sun is bright and warm, The sky is intense blue with pure white clouds scattered across it, and the wind is just about perfect. We walked close to 2 miles just around the farm. We started walking along the fence in front of our house all the way until the path met up with the driveway. At the bottom of the hill we turned right, instead of the usual left, at the top of the hill and went all the way to the fence. We walked up the fence line up into the field on top of Blackberry Hill. We passed a little red house on the other side of the fence and went all the way to the corner of the property. On the way back we cut across the field to the lilly-pond, which doesn't have lilly pads on it right now, then down the road and back up the hill. *sigh* It was nice.
It is only 14 days until my birthday!!! xD I am so excited! I love birthdays. Every year, in honor of my birthday, we watch my very favorite movies ever, Pirates of the Caribbean. This year I am having a few close girlfriends and my sisters-in-law over and having a Pirates Party. We are pretty much going to hang out, eat candy and junk food, laugh, squeal, and have a fabulous time. I am so excited!! Mom and I have spent the past 2 days planning and whatnot. ^_^
I can't believe I'm gonna be 17! O.o It seems odd to me. I guess I always thought that by the time I was 16-17 I would feel grown up. I don't. I feel less grown up than ever. That is not a bad thing by any stretch of the imagination! I am thrilled to be a kid. Just a teenaged kid. :D I don't want to grow up yet. <3 I s'ppose I'll have to soon enough...
I still haven't done a Day 5 doodle! lol.
I really don't have anything to write about. lol. I just thought that I would. I kinda felt in the mood....I don't really ever fell in the mood to write. I'm not a very good writer. I am a worse writer when it is something that I *have* to write about. Like an essay or a report. I hate those. Argh. The only kind of writing I even remotely enjoy is whatever I feel like. I like to be able to just type or write out whatever the heck I am thinking about. I could never write a book or a story...It wouldn't make sense. lol. And if I tried to get it to make sense it would be really dumb. :P lol.

How I Feel Right Now...

kinda chilly....My family tends to like it quite a bit cooler in here than I do. I spent a lot of time standing or sitting about 2 inches or less from our wood stove. :) Right now I am wrapped in my fuzzy robe. It is cozy. I am in fuzzy socks too. Later when it is time to hang with the fam or watch a show or something I'll be wearing fuzzy pants as well. Yes, I am a fan a fuzzy clothes. xD lol.

sleepy...I went to bed a little later than usual last night and was up pretty early. I couldda slept for hours more. *yawn* I did manage to finish my school despite the sleepy feeling that caused Algabra to take an hour and a half. I hate Algebra. I am so craving a cup of strong coffee right now. About like this morning's...That was delish.

sorta bored...Just cos. lol. I am over here at the desk chompin' my gum and freezing and being sleepy and that's about all that's goin' on. :) Mum and Pop are gonna be out for the evening....I am babysitting my little siblings who are all in the living room cheering my two littlest siblings on while they play the x-box. I can think of about all of them who should be finishing the day's school right now... :) Maybe We'll play Kinect later. Have any of you tried that? It is so fun! :D

Happy...I had a pretty Epic weekend. I went to a friends birthday party, hung out with a friend that lives all the way over in Cali and came to visit, Went bowling, Went out for ice cream with friends, laughed, screamed, and all those fun things. xD Yeap.

Antsy....I wanna go somewhere new....I wanna go somewhere with long white sandy beaches and palm trees. Somewhere where the ocean is. I have never seen the ocean in real life. I love it though. I want to be there. *sigh* Where there are amazing kids of colorful fish and reefs and crabs and seagulls and pelicans and ships and yachts and islands and coconuts. I have always wanted to be there. Maybe someday I will. :) I keep telling myself with absolute certainty that someday I will. ^_^

Successful...I MEMORIZED THAT SONG!! xD That concerto that I am playing for Federation in 2 weeks! *grins* I finally memorized it. I am not as good at it as I would like currently but I am practicing like crazy and I'm sure I'll get close. :) I am nervous though. I am a pretty shy person and playing in front of a judge always gives me butterflies. or worse. Sometimes I feel like I'm gonna die. lol. I know people who have no problem performing in front of other people...That's not me. 0_0
Yeah. I kinda feel all of that right now. I also feel like I need to go put rice in the oven for dinner and like I need to get some kids busy cleaning up in here. ^_^

Finally!

I think I have settled on a background!! :D There will be much more editing on fonts and layout and whatnot coming soon! What do you think of that header?? My Bestie, Nonii, made that for me. :D She is so kool. :)
Anyways, I'm gonna post a few pictures from this week and get off of this computer. I have spent much too much time here this afternoon with figuring out backgrounds and such. :) I hope you all have a fabulous week!!

Happy valentines day!!

I love Valentines day. I have heard people say that they hate it, or that they don't care but maybe they will when they have a boyfriend/husband...I don't have either and I think that Valentines day is a fantastic holiday! Here is a great quote from my Sis-in-law, Jenna from earlier today. :D

"Ok if you are single...stop being so selfish...find a person that is special to you and make them your Valentine! C'mon we have all been there once or twice...I always used to make my niece and nephew's my valentines! Um they are single too...and can't help it if they are just young. There is my Holiday rant. lol" 

Haha!! Isn't that great? hehe. It made me giggle.
My Mum put together an awesome nacho buffet with Brownies and Ice Cream for our Valentines dinner and My mum and my dad gave all us kids darling little Valentine notes with candy and goodies. :D They are so sweet. ^_^

b'sides all that. I have been deathly ill the past few days. Well, Maybe not deathly...I've had some headaches and a sore throat and a cough. :D I think I'll live. lol. Anyways, It hasn't been so bad except that I am behind on school now because I have been to sick to do any. And I missed the snow.
It snowed here yesterday! Not enough to cover the ugly brown grass in the yard, but it was snow anyways. This afternoon it all melted and now it is just cold and muddy outside. *sigh* I hate cold and muddy. If I had my choice on what weather it would be all the time, it would be 78-80 degrees most of the time with a few 64-68 days so that I can wear a hoodie. ^_^ Wouldn't that be amazing??
I still haven't gotten around to my Day 3 doodle. I think I'll do that tomorrow. :D I haven't decided what I'm gonna do for it yet...
this might be the most boring post ever, but I figured I'd write one anyways cos I haven't in a while and cos I don't have any emails to reply to! lol. That is unusual.
I am looking for a new background for my blog. I am really horrid at making decisions though. It'll prolly take me forever to actually find one I like after trying 6 or 7 different ones. lol.
ok this is dumb. I prolly shouldn't post it cos it's so boring but I will anyways. Blargh.

crazy weekend...

I haven't been home since 7:30 yesterday morning...
It's been crazy.
Friday we left the house early, as usual, for orchestra. It was only a few of us. Me, Mum, Micah, and Jonnah. The little kids and Dean stayed home with colds. It was a long day....The sky was grey and drizzly, The nursery smelled funny, and my Monster refused to kick in. *sigh* It got better though around class time when I finally got out of the nursery with a few minutes to spare to hang out with my friends. ^_^ Class went well...Pretty much it was a blah-ish day. lol.
That evening Jonnah and I went home to spend the night at Jo and Q's helping Jo and Tabbi finish the decorations for a baby shower that Jo was hostessing for her bestie (Tabbi's big sister.). 
We finished cutting and gluing and stringing and tying and sticking and baking by about 12 then went to bed. Saturday morning we were all up by 6:30 and we got dressed for the party and fell to cooking and putting together a jillion breakfast burritos while we listened to the Rat Pack and sang along. We were epic fast and finished them all and actually got out the door by 8:30 like we had planned!! :D The shower was beautiful and it all went really great. :)
Tonight is out church's couples night out for Valentines day, So A bunch of the couples are at Panera having a blast. :D  I am babysitting my Neices, 'Lish and 'Laina, and my Nephew, Nedward while Josh and Ty are out. They are all sound asleep now. Leah is watching a movie in the other room. It is nice in here.
The Sunshine came out today...<3 <3 <3 <3 <3 
I'm listening to Buble sing "You Don't Know Me."*sigh* So sweet and sad. <3 "Afraid and shy, I let my chance go by. A chance that you might love me too."  I feel like falling asleep and dreaming of something beautiful....
